My mom -- known as "Granny" to the boys -- came to spend the weekend with us this past weekend. We really enjoying having her here to take in the church Easter egg hunt, and just to spend quality time with all of us. Sure wish she lived closer, too! But, we do our best to cherish the time we can spend with her, when we can.
Do you guys Skype with your folks? That's been huge for our kids to stay connected to long distance family.

ReplyDeleteCraig's parents use it quite a bit with family that are long-distance, but we haven't used it at home yet. We really should for my parents, though. Thanks for the tip!
