The little comedian

Waylon has really been into "knock-knock" jokes for a while. It all started with someone telling him the infamous:

"Knock-knock."
"Who's there?"
"Boo."
"Boo who?"
"Why are you crying?"

Well, since then, he thinks ALL knock-knock jokes either need to have the "boo" or "why are you crying?" components.

The other night, he was on a roll:

"Knock-knock."
"Who's there?"
"Boo."
"Boo who?"
"You live in a pineapple under the sea!!"

"Knock-knock."
"Who's there?"
"Boo."
"Boo who?"
"Poopy pants!!" (now, this is a "bad word" in our house, along with "dumb," "stupid," and "hate." But, we let it slide this time.)

Of course, he rolls on the floor in laughter with each of his "jokes." And, we can't help but laugh, too.

Maybe his jokes will become more sophisticated with time. Meanwhile, we hope he doesn't quit his day job.
